Thoshika Affiliate and Partner Terms (2026-10)

1. Commission. You earn 25 % of the net software subscription revenue of every company you refer, for as long as that company stays subscribed; 30 % once you have 10 or more paying customers. Net means the software amount collected, excluding taxes, discounts, credits and payment-gateway fees. Services are not commissionable. 2. When it is earned. Commission accrues only after the customer's payment has been collected, and becomes payable after the refund window (30 days by default). Refunds and chargebacks claw back the matching commission, including from later payouts. 3. Attribution. A referral is credited to the last referral link a visitor used in the 30 days before sign-up. Self-referrals (you, your company, your family or your own payment method) earn nothing, and suspicious referrals are reviewed before they are paid. 4. Payouts. Paid monthly once your payable balance reaches the minimum (INR 2,000 or USD 25), by bank transfer, UPI, ACH or PayPal, outside the app. Indian payees: tax is deducted at source under the Income-tax Act as it applies to commission, and GST-registered affiliates send us a tax invoice. US payees receive Form 1099-NEC where required; others provide Form W-8BEN. 5. Conduct. No spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on the Thoshika brand name, no incentivised sign-ups with fake companies. Use only the approved marketing assets. We may suspend or end the programme for any affiliate who breaks these terms. 6. Changes. We may update these terms; you accept the new version in the portal before the next payout.
